doesn't provide user support in the traditional manner, using a telephone
support line or through an email address. There are two ways to contact
us:

The A2B
discussion forum is the place to go if you're looking for support on
using A2B, or just to hang out with like-minded and technologically
enthusiastic fellow A2B users. If your support questions aren't
answered by the online A2B help pages, you can post to the forum and a
fellow user will usually answer your query within a few hours. A2B
staff members also frequent the discussion forum and you will see that
they often post contributions. Don't forget to look through the
previous posts, to see if your query has already been answered, before
